Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecureFirst Marketplace (“the Platform”), operated by HK Solution (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SecureFirst Marketplace is a B2B directory and matching platform that connects businesses (“Buyers”) with service providers (“Providers”). We provide:

• A searchable directory of security-audited service providers
• Partner-powered project-to-provider matching
• Security audit reports and trust scores
• Review and rating systems
• Marketing tools for providers (paid plans)

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Provider Listings

Providers must ensure all profile information is accurate and up to date. SecureFirst reserves the right to:

• Remove or suspend listings that contain false information
• Adjust security grades based on automated scanning results
• De-list providers who violate our community guidelines

5. Security Audits

Our security audit system scans publicly accessible endpoints of provider websites. Security grades (A-F) are generated automatically and updated periodically. These grades represent a snapshot in time and do not constitute a comprehensive security certification.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be based on genuine business interactions. We prohibit:

• Fake or incentivized reviews
• Reviews from competitors posing as clients
• Defamatory or harassing content

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

7. Legal Partner (Information Service)

SecureFirst Legal Partner provides general legal information about Korean business law, NOT legal advice. Responses are generated using Korean law databases (7,900+ references including court cases and government rulings).

• This service does not create an attorney-client relationship
• For binding legal decisions, always consult a licensed attorney (변호사)
• Chat data is processed by third-party AI services and stored anonymized
• You should independently verify information before acting on it
• SecureFirst is not a law firm, tax office, or government agency

8. Services and Payments

SecureFirst offers direct services at a flat rate of $100 USD per service (web development, security audit, document preparation, translation, business consulting). Payment is processed via PayPal.

For services requiring licensed professionals (legal representation, tax filing, government registration), we connect you with verified third-party professionals. Their fees are separate and determined by them directly.

Refund policy: If we cannot deliver the requested service within the agreed timeframe, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

SecureFirst acts as a platform connecting Buyers and Providers. We are not a party to any agreement between Buyers and Providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed companies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HK Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on SecureFirst Marketplace, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HK Solution and is protected by intellectual property laws. Providers retain ownership of their submitted content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@securefirst.dev.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
